Privacy Policy

We maintain a strict privacy policy over customer records. We only collect customer information when the person provides details by telephone or email or as the result of personal contact at the many specialist events we attend as a business. Collected customer details are only ever used to supply goods to customers and will never be disclosed to any third party. Computer records are backed up and stored on a secure site. We do not maintain customer financial details as all credit or debit card numbers and details are immediately destroyed once a transaction has been made. Shamrock Trains uses the PayPal merchanting system for credit and debit card transactions. This allows customers with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online and to notify us of any incorrect information.
